- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar recruiting role within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
