The Sr.Business Development Manager works within the Business Unit to drive sales, build and enhance brand reputation and provide a competitive edge to clients in the e-commerce and Digital Marketing agency

• Job Description
• Deep understanding of an e-commerce industry domain and track record of sales revenue generation in the e-commerce and Digital Marketing solutions
• Achieve mutually agreed targets of lead qualification and revenue generation every month
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• Create proposals, sales collaterals and any such sales and marketing materia
• Generate new leads, research, development and build relationship understand customer problem statement, propose suitable engagement model
• Generate business, create a revenue stream, excel the customer experience by effective collaboration with our delivery, project management and leadership teams
• Provide regular updates for business Forecasting and Pipeline planning
• Create and Manage eCommerce domain lead generation engine
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Able to have good knowledge of how to build a proposal, presentation, collaboration tools
• Must have a strong track record in delivering results.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Additional Information
• 5 Days working with Saturday and Sunday off.
• Should be ready to work in Overlapping of US Timing (1pm to 10pm IST)
• 75 percent travel is expected.
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
