The Sr.Business Development Manager works within the Business Unit to drive sales, build and enhance brand reputation and provide a competitive edge to clients in the e-commerce and Digital Marketing agency
Job Description
Deep understanding of an e-commerce industry domain and track record of sales revenue generation in the e-commerce and Digital Marketing solutions
Achieve mutually agreed targets of lead qualification and revenue generation every month
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
Create proposals, sales collaterals and any such sales and marketing materia
Generate new leads, research, development and build relationship understand customer problem statement, propose suitable engagement model
Generate business, create a revenue stream, excel the customer experience by effective collaboration with our delivery, project management and leadership teams
Provide regular updates for business Forecasting and Pipeline planning
Create and Manage eCommerce domain lead generation engine
Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Able to have good knowledge of how to build a proposal, presentation, collaboration tools
Must have a strong track record in delivering results.
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Additional Information
5 Days working with Saturday and Sunday off.
Should be ready to work in Overlapping of US Timing (1pm to 10pm IST)
75 percent travel is expected.
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
