- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Magento 2-based solutions.
- Design and architect complex e-commerce solutions using Magento 2, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Create detailed technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and documentation for the proposed solutions.
- Design Solution in a way considering multiple system in place like CRM & ERP.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects based on set priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and technical challenges.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain technical concepts and solution designs.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and optimal performance.
- Mentor and coach TLS & developers to enhance their Magento 2 knowledge and skills.
- Monitor Upcoming Patch and create POC if required by himself or with Team help.
- Solution is not limited to Magento If required Explore Other technologies as well.
- Manage AWS server at some level, if required.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.
- Support deployment activities and ensure successful go-live of Magento 2 projects.
- Integration and Customization:
- Lead the integration of third-party systems, extensions, and custom modules with Magento 2.
- dentify opportunities for customization and develop custom modules when necessary to meet unique business requirements. Performance Optimization.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of Magento 2 applications, including frontend and backend components.
- Implement caching strategies, database optimization, and other techniques to enhance system speed and responsiveness.
- Skills required:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of kitchen cabinets is a plus point.
- Strong organizational skills, aptitude to work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with change and able to make quick decisions.
- Comfortable learning new technology and adapting business processes as the business evolves and grows.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Magento 2, including a track record of successful e-commerce implementations.
- Experience with Magento 2 frontend and backend development, including theming and module development.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO principles, and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of API integration, RabbitMQ, REST/SOAP protocols, and data synchronization between systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex and dynamic environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- NetSuite ERP Knowledge & Fresh sales CRM is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI or any BI tool is a plus.
