Job Description:

Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Conduct project kick-off meetings, setting expectations and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Requirements Management:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and document detailed project requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable project tasks.
Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, QA testers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned based on team members' strengths and availability.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and address any obstacles that arise, keeping the project on track.
Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage client expectations and handle any changes or scope adjustments professionally.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.
Perform thorough testing and validation of Web-to-Print solutions to ensure functionality and user experience meet requirements.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial limits.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Technical / Coding background preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager at least 5 years of experience, with a track record of successfully delivering ecommerce projects, including Web-to-Print solutions.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
Familiarity with Web-to-Print concepts, customization, and integration will be added advantage.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
