Job Description
Perform daily general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for our clients.
Review and investigate the company’s accounting transactions to improve data accuracy.
Develop financial models and cost projections for Clients.
Conduct in-depth research of historical financial data; analyze and report the company’s current financial status on a monthly basis.
Compare actual results with forecasted to analyze and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses of Clients’ business.
Review, track, and analyze commercial details and manage procurements according to the standard of the organization.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual profits and provide an analytical review, feedback, and recommendation to executive management.
Run balance sheet account reconciliations, contract accounting and reporting, account analysis, accrual calculations, and any other related accounting or financial documents or schedules.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.
Run bi-weekly payroll for USA clients.
Register clients for Sales tax for various states and then file monthly returns.
Follow very strict timelines for the daily as well as the Weekly/monthly tasks.
Any other task as requested by the clients.

It is imperative he/she communicates fluently in both written and verbal forms as he/she needs to coordinate with USA base clients and teammates.
Should have experience with 10 to 15+ million revenue companies and have managed 7+ teammates.
US B1/B2 Visa is must.
