  • Job Description:
  • This team is responsible for Obtaining design files from designers
  • Placing orders with 3rd party vendors
  • Validating vendor order acknowledgements
  • Uploading Magento order confirmations and vendor OA’s to NetSuite
  • Partnering with Accounting to resolve order and price discrepancies
  • Contacting vendors for order changes, cancellations & samples
  • The future state is to transition sample fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year of data entry or related experience
  • Superb organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with follow through and attention to detail
  • Superb ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and tact
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Sharp, fast learner with technology curiosity and aptitude
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as other areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
