  • Job Description:
    • Calendar Management:
    • Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, and other communication on behalf of the executive.
    • Documentation and Filing:
    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
    • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Meeting Support:
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
    • Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
    • Project Assistance:
    • Support the executive in various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing summaries.
    • Assist in tracking project milestones and deadlines.
    • Office Management:
    • Ensure the executive's office space is organized, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies.
    • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism.
    • Confidentiality and Discretion:
    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions and communications.
    • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
