  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for display advertising, social media, SEM, and affiliates, with the goal to drive consideration and purchase intent for our core audiences, with a particular focus on the B2C and B2B segments
  • Build strong client relationships through effective written, verbal, and visual communication and by providing proactive messaging regarding account performance and strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align cross-channel digital advertising strategies
  • Consult on new product introduction best practices to ensure successful online product launches
  • Working with different departments towards a common goal
  • Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the digital marketing team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Stay on top of and review new digital trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the digital marketing space
  • Working with Digital Marketing Head to grow the department.
  • Establish a close link between India and the USA teams.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing
  • A native understanding of paid search measurement and valuation
  • Previous experience driving strategies for large, ongoing SEM initiatives with significant budgets
  • Relentlessly curious - enjoys taking on challenges, even if they do not work out
  • Can build and present detailed acquisition models and has the mastery of core digital channels such as PPC (Pay Per Click), Display, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) (Search Engine Optimization), and paid social essentials
  • Thrives in a collaborative team setting & working toward a common goal
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working on different platforms like Shopify, Magento websites will be an added advantage
  • In-depth understanding of marketing Key-performance-indicators (KPIs) and experience tracking and reporting on KPIs
  • Should have experience of spending at least $500,000 / Month in Paid Ads. (Google ads, Microsoft ads, Social Media Ads, Ad Roll, etc.)
  • Experience with 3rd party search platforms such as SEM Rush, Bright Edge, a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Similar Web, and related a plus
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
