  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Ecommerce domain. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Ecommerce clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals and objectives.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, discuss performance metrics, and present actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, products, and competitive landscape, aligning digital marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Strategic Campaign Development:
    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Ecommerce clients, encompassing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
    • Create detailed campaign plans, outlining objectives, budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute campaigns effectively.
    • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, click-through rates, and other relevant KPIs.
    • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • mplement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to refine strategies and improve results.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Compile and generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
    • Continuously track industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.
    • Budget Management:
    • Manage digital marketing budgets for assigned clients, allocating funds effectively across various channels to achieve maximum ROI..
    • Ensure transparency and accuracy in budget tracking, adjusting strategies as needed to align with financial goals.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the Ecommerce industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Exceptional project management abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Ecommerce growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mind set and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
