  • Job Summary :
  • We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design spec documents, training design and copy teams on new functionalities, and updating our website/toolkit with design specs on a continuous basis. They will ensure that all components support UX guidelines and follow brand/design guidelines for our platform. Additionally, the Designer will manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring cleanup, metadata organization, and integration with SEO strategies. They will collaborate with program managers to develop communication plans for new functionalities.:
  • Responsibilities :
  • Develop design spec documents to guide the implementation of design elements across various projects.
  • Train design and copy teams on new functionalities and design specifications
  • Update our website/toolkit with design specs on a continuous basis to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and retire components that no longer support UX or submit them for enhancements (defects or new features).
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure all components support UX guidelines and follow brand/design guidelines.
  • Cut images for testing in multiple viewports for new components, enhancements to existing components, buyflows, or other applications as assigned.

  • Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including cleanup, metadata organization, and simplification of DAM processes.
  • Explore ways to integrate SEO strategies into the DAM system to optimize discoverability.

  • Qualifications::
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI design, and brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and metadata organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across design elements.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and their integration into design processes is a plus.
